Our Care Center, based in Bangalore, is staffed 24/7 by a highly qualified and trained critical care team that includes super-specialist doctors, nurses, dieticians, and pharmacologists. The clinical team uses our proprietary platform, RADAR, to connect to hospital ICUs to oversee and manage the care of critically ill patients across multiple regions. RADAR, built by our team of technology experts, incorporates automation, computer vision, real-time video, and data analytics to help expert care providers connect to and provide care to patients.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced DevOps engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and enhance our infrastructure, develop and maintain automation pipelines, monitor systems, and collaborate closely with the development team to ensure smooth application deployment and operation.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of experience in DevOps, System Administration, or related fields.
  • Cloud Platforms: Proficiency in at least one cloud platform (GCP or Azure) is necessary.
  • Kubernetes: Strong experience with Kubernetes is essential.
  • Docker: Experience working with Docker, including containerization of applications and managing Docker environments.
  • CI/CD Tools: Extensive experience with CI/CD tools.
  • Monitoring Tools: Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as New Relic, Grafana, and Prometheus.
  • MongoDB: Experience managing and optimizing MongoDB databases, including configuring and maintaining replica sets.
  • Scripting: Strong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python).
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Ability to coordinate communications and strategy between cross-functional teams for large initiatives related to production readiness.
  • Security: Understanding of security best practices and tools


Key Responsibilities

  • Infrastructure Management: Oversee and maintain cloud and on-premises infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
  • Automation Pipelines: Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes.
  • Infrastructure Enhancement: Continuously evaluate and improve infrastructure to enhance performance, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
  • Monitoring and Alerting: Implement and manage monitoring tools to ensure system health, performance, and availability. Respond to incidents and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to support software development processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless integration of new features and updates.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure that all systems meet security and compliance requirements by implementing best practices and conducting regular audits.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear and detailed documentation of infrastructure, automation processes, and monitoring setups.


Good to Have:

  • GKE: Experience working with Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
  • Healthcare Domain: Previous experience working in the healthcare domain.
  • GitOps: Strong knowledge of GitOps principles using tools like ArgoCD.
  • MongoDB Atlas: Experience in MongoDB Atlas.
