Overview: We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in SAP/EDI integration and supply chain management to oversee the transition between warehouse 3PL providers. This role requires technical acumen and project management expertise to ensure seamless systems integration and transition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • IT Project Management: Lead all phases of the SAP/EDI transition, ensuring alignment with business goals while developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans that outline tasks, milestones, and resource allocations.
  • Technical Oversight: Manage the design, build, and testing of EDI integration to ensure correct interfacing of existing messages, collaborating on integration specifications while ensuring compliance with EDI standards (e.g., ANSI X12, EDIFACT).
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison among SAP technical teams, EDI providers and the new Warehouse 3PL IT team
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans and tracking issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Develop and execute UAT plans with stakeholders to validate system functionality and gather feedback for adjustments pre-go-live.
  • Supply Chain Knowledge: Leverage supply chain business knowledge to ensure IT solutions effectively support business operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science; PMP Certification or similar would be a plus.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT project management, specifically in SAP/EDI integration and supply chain environments.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and projects in a global setting.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems, logistics operations, and 3PL environments will be an added advantage


Minimum Experience: 8 to 12 years

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days maximum.

Salary: Based on Co Standards.
