Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented B2B Sales Specialist to expand sharpely’s footprint in the financial services industry. You will focus on identifying, acquiring, and managing business relationships with SEBI-registered professionals including stock brokers, research analysts, portfolio managers, PMS firms, investment advisors, and mutual fund advisors. Your role is to position sharpely as the go-to platform for high-quality data, advanced analytical tools, actionable insights and customized solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients, including stock brokers, SEBI-registered research analysts, investment advisors, mutual fund advisors, portfolio managers, and PMS firms.
  • Develop and execute strategies to onboard new B2B clients to sharpely's offerings.


Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Demonstrate sharpely’s capabilities and how it can address specific client needs.
  • Drive end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation and qualification to deal closure.


Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as a key point of contact for client queries, ensuring quick and effective resolution.


Customization & Negotiation:

  • Work with internal teams to deliver custom offerings tailored to client requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnership terms effectively.


Market Insights & Reporting:

  • Provide market feedback to the product team to improve sharpely’s offerings for B2B clients.
  • Regularly report sales metrics and pipeline progress to the Founder.


What We’re Looking For:

Experience:

  • 1-2 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in financial services or SaaS products.

Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with investment research, financial data, and the needs of SEBI-registered professionals is highly desirable.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Analytical mindset to understand client needs and sharpely’s offerings.

Attitude:

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
