Position Summary: The Influencer Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing strategic influencer campaigns that enhance the brand’s visibility, drive product sales, and foster long-term relationships with influencers. This role involves identifying key influencers, managing influencer partnerships, and tracking campaign performance to optimize strategies. The Specialist will also work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with brand goals and resonate with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies that align with brand objectives and engage the target audience.
  • Identify, build, and maintain relationships with influencers across various platforms, ensuring partnerships drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create campaigns that align with overall marketing goals and brand messaging.
  • Oversee the execution of influencer campaigns, from concept development to post-campaign reporting, ensuring on-time delivery and measurable results.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using insights to optimize future strategies and ensure continuous improvement in reach, engagement, and ROI.
  • Stay updated on influencer trends, industry shifts, and competitor activity to ensure the brand remains a leader in the influencer marketing space.
  • Develop campaign briefs, content guidelines, and collaborate on the creation of engaging and authentic content with influencers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, with a focus on developing and managing influencer partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, and engagement metrics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven track record of executing influencer campaigns that deliver results and drive brand success.
