Overview:

Pinkvilla is seeking out a dynamic and experienced Influencer Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in influencer marketing, strong connections within the influencer community, and excellent negotiation skills.


Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers across various social media platforms.

Identify and recruit new influencers to expand our network.

Work closely with the sales and brand solutions teams to develop influencer marketing strategies that align with client objectives.

Plan and execute influencer campaigns from start to finish, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.

Negotiate rates and contracts with influencers to achieve competitive pricing while maintaining quality standards.

Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing.

Share insights and knowledge with internal teams to enhance campaign effectiveness.


Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing roles.

Proven track record of successfully managing influencer campaigns and driving results.

Strong network of influencer contacts

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Bachelor’s degree in any field.
