Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Data Catalog Analyst to join our dynamic team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in data management and a strong background in Master Data Management (MDM) tools. The MDM Specialist will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of our master data solutions, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across the organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of MDM strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Utilize and manage MDM tools to consolidate, cleanse, and enrich master data.
  • Establish and enforce data governance standards to maintain data quality and integrity.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless integration of master data across systems and applications.
  • Perform data profiling, data mapping, and data quality assessments.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies and issues promptly.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for MDM processes and solutions.
  • Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver effective MDM solutions.


Skills & Requirements:

  • Knowledge and experience with MDM (Master Data Management) tools.
  • Strong understanding of data governance and data quality management.
  • Proficiency in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
  • Solid SQL and database management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams.
