Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Human Resource Administrator to oversee HR operations and support basic accounts-related tasks. The ideal candidate will excel in recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative HR duties while contributing to the company's financial and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, onboarding, and orientation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and oversee payroll processing.
  • Develop and enforce company policies and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
  • Organize training programs and foster a culture of growth and inclusivity.
  • Handle employee grievances and provide support for performance reviews.

Administrative & Accounts Support:

  • Assist in maintaining and organizing financial records, such as invoices and expense reports.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and ensure timely processing of payments.
  • Collaborate with the finance team for budget management and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR administration; knowledge of accounts is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HR software and basic accounting tools (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
