We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager - Infra & Operations to lead the expansion and management of our infrastructure across multiple locations. This role is crucial to ensuring the efficient setup, operation, and maintenance of our facilities, supporting the smooth delivery of our business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and propose potential new locations to support company growth.
- Lead site visits, inspections, and feasibility assessments to ensure alignment with operational needs.
- Collaborate with real estate agents, landlords, and property managers to negotiate leases and contractual agreements.
- Manage the setup, installation, and configuration of infrastructure, including IT systems, furnishings, and essential equipment.
- Develop and implement comprehensive facility management plans, including maintenance, safety protocols, and emergency procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Operations, HR, etc.) to resolve infrastructure-related issues and ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety codes, and company standards.
- Oversee vendor management and budget planning for infrastructure-related projects.
- Monitor and report on the status of ongoing projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Facilities Manager with a focus on infrastructure and operations.
- Strong understanding of facilities management, infrastructure setup, and operations.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to travel to various locations as needed.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standards.
