Internship Stipend: INR 10,000 to 15,000/- (Monthly)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our onboarding, benefits administration, and HR technology implementation processes. This role offers hands-on experience in key HR functions and the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding:
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
- Prepare and manage onboarding schedules, documentation, and welcome kits.
- Facilitate orientation sessions and provide guidance to new employees.
- Benefits Administration:
- Assist in communicating employee benefits programs and addressing queries.
- Support enrollment processes and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of benefits.
- HR Technology Implementation:
- Assist in the implementation and rollout of HR technology solutions.
- Draw Process flow notes on New Tech implementation Project.
- Test system functionalities, provide feedback, and ensure data accuracy.
- Train employees on new HR tools and provide ongoing support.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a keen interest in HR technologies.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
