Assistant Manager

Job Objective
Support in solving high-complexity business problems in all functional areas of strategy function - Research & Analytics, Business Partnering and M&A to help seamless execution of projects.
Primary Responsibilities
- Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive dynamics within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strategic Planning: Assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives by providing actionable insights derived from market research and data analysis.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, including product launches, pricing strategies, and market positioning, and provide timely updates to internal stakeholders.
- Forecasting and Trend Analysis: Utilize statistical models and forecasting techniques to predict future market trends, demand patterns, and consumer behavior.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, R&D, and Sales to align strategic objectives and ensure effective execution of initiatives.
- Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Report Generation: Prepare and present comprehensive reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate research findings, insights, and recommendations to senior management.

Educational and Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry or healthcare sector (not mandatory)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Strong command on MS Suite is desired. Exposure to statistical tools, PMO platforms, and advanced data management platforms would be an advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of conducting market research, competitive analysis, and strategic planning initiatives.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong relationships across functional teams.
- Strong business acumen and a keen understanding of market dynamics and trends within the healthcare industry.
