KOV Technologies is seeking an experienced SAP Data Migration Specialist for one of its clients. This is a freelance/contract opportunity. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in migrating data from SAP ECC HR systems to SuccessFactors, utilizing SAP Infoporter and Spinifex tools. This role involves working closely with an onshore consultant to ensure seamless data migration.


Location: Remote (India-based candidates only)

Duration: 3 months (Contract)

Type of work - Freelance/Contract



Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead data migration from legacy SAP ECC HR to SuccessFactors, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Utilize SAP Infoporter and Spinifex tools to perform migrations and validate data.
  • Collaborate with an onshore lead consultant, providing expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data migration issues, ensuring smooth and efficient data transfers.
  • Document migration processes, methodologies, and best practices to support project goals.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in SAP, with a strong focus on data migration.
  • Proven experience in SAP ECC HR to SuccessFactors data migration.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Infoporter preferred; familiarity with Spinifex is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in data management.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with onshore teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote working environment.
