Are you a data-driven marketer with a passion for scaling startups? Do you have a knack for developing innovative growth strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention? We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and propel our brand to new heights
What You'll Do:
- Design and execute growth marketing strategies across digital channels, focusing on driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Optimize and scale campaigns through paid media, SEO, email marketing, social media, and other digital channels.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify key insights, testing new ideas to improve ROI and customer LTV.
- Develop and manage a growth funnel, ensuring seamless conversion from awareness to retention.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and content teams to create cohesive and high-impact marketing initiatives.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, new growth hacks, and digital tools to keep us competitive.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in growth marketing, with a successful track record of scaling startups or fast-growing brands.
- Expertise in paid media (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.), SEO, and email marketing.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
- A hands-on, entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for experimentation and innovation.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple growth initiatives.
