Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Specialist to manage payroll operations using ADP and oversee recruitment, HR operations and Administrative processes for our organization. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of payroll processing, ADP software, and recruitment strategies. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Payroll Management:
● Process payroll accurately and timely using ADP software for our US Business Unit.
● Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations regarding payroll taxes, deductions, and filings.
● Address employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and deductions.
● Collaborate with the finance department to reconcile payroll transactions and resolve discrepancies.
● Generate payroll reports for management review.
ADP Administration:
● Maintain ADP system integrity by updating employee records, tax withholdings, and direct deposit information.
● Troubleshoot ADP system issues and collaborate with ADP support as needed.
● Implement and communicate changes to payroll policies and procedures within the ADP system.
● Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of payroll data.
Recruitment and Onboarding:

● Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the organization for India & Us office.
● Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
● Manage job postings on relevant platforms and networks.
● Conduct background checks and reference checks for potential hires.
● Facilitate new hire onboarding processes, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
Compliance and Documentation:
● Stay up-to-date with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
● Ensure all payroll and recruitment practices comply with legal requirements.
● Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.
● Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation as requested.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
Foster positive employee relations by addressing issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
● Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
● Proven experience in payroll processing using ADP software is a must.
● Previous experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
● Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
● Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
● HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
