As SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing the Employee Central module of SAP SuccessFactors. This role involves working closely with Business to understand their core HR processes, providing best solution, and ensuring the successful deployment of the Employee Central module.


Employee Central

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implementation and Configuration:
  • Lead the implementation of the Employee Central module
  • Configure the module to meet the specific needs of Business, ensuring alignment with their core HR processes.
  1. Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
  • Work with Business to gather and analyze business requirements related to core HR functions
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and configure the module accordingly.
  1. Customization and Optimization:
  • Customize the Employee Central module to fit Business-specific requirements.
  • Optimize the module for performance, usability, and scalability.
  1. Testing and Quality Assurance:
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure the module is functioning correctly
  • Guide Testing for Test case preparation
  • Identify and resolve any issues or defects in the system.
  1. Training and Support:
  • Provide training to end-users on how to use the Employee Central module effectively.
  • Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance post-implementation.
  1. Documentation:
  • Create comprehensive documentation, including configuration guides, user manuals, and project reports.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience:
  • Proven experience in implementing and configuring SuccessFactors Employee Central module.
  • Experience with other SuccessFactors modules is a plus.
  • Understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors modules, particularly Employee Central
  • BTP Platform
  • Familiarity with SAP HCM and integration with other modules.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems and data migration.
  • Certifications:
  • SAP SuccessFactors certifications in Employee Central are highly desirable.


Recruitment & Onboarding

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of the Recruitment and Onboarding modules for inhouse use
  • Configure the modules to meet the specific needs of Business, ensuring alignment with their recruitment and onboarding processes.
  1. Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
  • Work with Business to gather and analyze business requirements related to recruitment and onboarding.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and configure the modules accordingly.
  1. Customization and Optimization:
  • Customize the Recruitment and Onboarding modules to fit Business-specific requirements.
  • Optimize the modules for performance, usability, and scalability.
