Job Description:

The Senior Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs focused on Forex, trading strategies, and financial markets. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the trading industry and a passion for teaching and mentoring. This is an on-site role that plays a key part in the professional development of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deliver training programs on Forex, trading strategies, and market analysis.
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to enhance employee skills.
  • Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and assessments.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in the Forex and trading industry to ensure training content is current and relevant.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to trainees to ensure the application of learned skills.
  • Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop tailored programs.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of training initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Forex, trading, or financial markets, with at least 3 years in a training or mentoring role.
  • Skills and Competencies:
  • Deep knowledge of Forex markets, trading strategies, technical analysis, and financial instruments.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering engaging training programs.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Excellent mentoring and coaching skills to guide employees at various levels.
  • Proficiency in trading platforms, market analysis tools, and MS Office.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess trainee performance and adapt training methods.
