LocationNew Delhi, India (Aerocity Office)Position SummaryAs part of the Japan Desk team, you will manage relationships with Japanese corporate clients (local subsidiaries) and mobility-related customers, supporting the proposal and execution of financial solutions centered on leasing and loans. You will collaborate closely with the local sales team to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to business acquisition.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship ManagementRegular follow-up with existing Japanese clients and identifying their business needsSupport for mobility-related clients (vehicle leasing, fleet management)Transaction SupportAssist in preparing quotations, contracts, and internal approval documentsMonitor deal progress, verify terms, and support executionInternal & External CoordinationLiaise with local sales teams (via email and meetings)Coordinate with external partners (dealers, insurance companies, etc.)Operations & ComplianceManage client informationUpdate CRM data and prepare monthly reportsMarketing SupportPrepare client-facing materials (Japanese & English)Assist in organizing seminars and eventsQualificationsRequiredMinimum 3 years of work experience in JapanProfessional Japanese, business-level English (reading, writing, conversation)Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (quotations, basic analysis, presentation materials)Experience in client-facing roles (sales support, customer service, etc.)No prior financial knowledge requiredPreferredBasic financial knowledge (understanding of leasing/loan structures)Knowledge of mobility-related businesses (automotive, fleet management)Overseas work experience, strong cross-cultural communication skills (India experience is a plus)Desired AttributesStrong customer orientation and excellent communication skillsAbility to handle complex tasks efficientlyTeam player with the ability to follow instructions accuratelyEagerness to learn new knowledge and skillsKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)Number of client visits and new client approachesNumber of quotations/contracts supported, reduction in deal lead timeCustomer satisfaction score, number of cross-sell proposalsEmployment TermsWorking Hours: WeekdaysSalary: Based on experience and skillsBenefits: As per HR policy (including VISA support and company-provided transportation)Interested candidates can connect with me at https://www.linkedin.com/in/amit-mukherjee-head-talent-acquisition-professional/ or can apply here.
