Performance Test Engineer

We are hiring a Performance Testing Engineer with strong Jmeter experience.
Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze business requirements to determine performance testing needs.
- Evaluate service level agreements (SLAs) and define performance testing objectives accordingly.
- Develop, implement, and maintain performance test scripts tailored to project requirements.
- Identify and define testing parameters for load, stress, and endurance testing scenarios.
- Execute performance tests using JMeter tool to assess system performance and scalability.
- Analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot performance issues and propose solutions.
- Generate comprehensive performance testing reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of overall experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience specifically in performance testing.
- Proficiency in API testing tools such as POSTMAN and Swagger.
- Extensive experience with JMeter for performance testing of web applications, APIs, and services.
- Strong automation skills and proficiency in scripting languages like BeanShell and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, particularly Azure.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
