We are seeking to hire an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer to join our leadership team and lead our technology strategy. The CTO will play a critical role in shaping our future product roadmap, driving technical innovation, and ensuring scalability, security, and reliability of our SaaS platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with extensive experience in SaaS development, team management, and technology leadership.


The following are some of the responsibilities for this position:


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Lead the development and implementation of our SaaS platform, overseeing all aspects of software architecture, design, development, and deployment.
  • Manage and mentor our distributed development team, providing leadership, guidance, and support to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in our technology stack, leveraging emerging technologies and best practices to enhance our product offerings and capabilities.
  • Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of our SaaS platform, implementing robust processes and controls to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with other members of the leadership team, including the CEO, CMO, and COO, to align technology initiatives with business goals and drive overall company growth and success.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments, providing insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in a senior technology leadership role with at least 5 years of experience in SaaS development and management.
  • Extensive experience in software architecture, design, development, and deployment, with a deep understanding of modern web technologies and frameworks.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a distributed team of developers and engineers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to think strategically and translate business goals into actionable technology initiatives.
  • Experience working with remote teams and managing cross-cultural collaboration.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive innovation and change.
  • Valid passport and business visa to enter the United States.
