Mandatory Skills: - Bid Management, Presales, proposals & Solutioning, RFP/RFI/RFQ response, Client presentations.
We are seeking an experienced Bid Manager with 4-8 years of expertise in Bid Management, Presales, Solutioning, RFP/RFI/RFQ response, and Client Presentations. The ideal candidate will have strong IT industry exposure, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders for the successful execution of bids.
Requirements: -
- End-to-End Bid Management: Lead and manage the entire bid lifecycle from opportunity identification to final submission.
- RFP/RFI/RFQ Response Management: Analyze client requirements, coordinate with technical and business teams, and create high-quality bid responses.
- Presales & Solutioning: Collaborate with solution architects, delivery, and sales teams to define and propose winning IT solutions.
- Proposal & Capability Documents: Create compelling and tailored proposals, presentations, and capability documents aligned with customer needs.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal teams (sales, finance, delivery, and legal) and external partners/vendors to ensure bid success.
- Bid Strategy & Competitive Positioning: Develop competitive pricing strategies and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Client Presentations & Negotiations: Present proposals to clients, address queries, and support sales teams in bid-related discussions.
- Risk Assessment & Compliance: Ensure bids comply with contractual, financial, and technical guidelines while mitigating risks.
- Continuous Improvement: Maintain bid repositories, track bid outcomes, and implement lessons learned for future improvement.
Qualifications: -
- 4-8 years of experience in Bid Management, Presales, and IT Solutioning.
- Strong understanding of IT Services & Solutions with exposure to pre-sales or IT delivery.
- Hands-on experience in RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, proposal writing, and bid strategy development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in bid estimation, pricing strategies, and commercial aspects of IT services.
- Ability to handle multiple bids simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and bid management tools.
