Job Overview:


As the Associate Vice President (AVP)/Senior Manager of Brand Strategy and Planning at ting, you will spearhead the development and execution of cutting-edge brand strategies that captivate audiences and elevate our clients' brands. You will lead a team of talented strategists and planners, driving innovation and excellence in every aspect of brand positioning, messaging, and campaign execution.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Leadership: Lead the strategic development of brand positioning, messaging, and campaigns to drive client success and deliver exceptional results.

Team Empowerment: Mentor and inspire a team of brand strategists and planners, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Insight Generation: Utilize market research, consumer insights, and competitive analysis to uncover new opportunities and shape impactful brand strategies that resonate with target audiences.

Brand Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives and brand stories that engage audiences across various touchpoints, driving brand awareness, affinity, and loyalty.

Campaign Innovation: Drive the conceptualization, development, and execution of breakthrough marketing campaigns that push creative boundaries and deliver measurable impact.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Creative, Account Management, and Production, to ensure alignment of brand strategies with client objectives and creative execution.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

6+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or related roles within a creative agency environment.

Proven track record of developing and executing innovative brand strategies and campaigns that drive client success and achieve business objectives.

Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work culture.

Deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and industry best practices in brand strategy and planning.

Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels.

Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for pushing creative boundaries and delivering exceptional work.
