Job Description: As a CRM Power Pages Specialist, you will be responsible for leveraging CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools and platforms to create engaging and effective Power Pages for our clients. You will collaborate closely with our sales, marketing, and design teams to develop customized pages that enhance customer engagement, drive conversions, and optimize user experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM systems, excellent design skills, and a creative mindset to craft compelling content that resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand client needs and objectives for Power Pages.
  2. Utilize CRM tools (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms) to create, design, and customize Power Pages according to client specifications.
  3. Develop creative and visually appealing page layouts, incorporating branding elements and messaging consistent with client requirements.
  4. Optimize Power Pages for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to improve visibility and drive organic traffic.
  5. Implement A/B testing and analyze performance metrics to refine and improve page effectiveness.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in CRM and web design to continuously enhance the quality of Power Pages.
  7. Provide training and support to clients on how to use and maximize the potential of their CRM Power Pages.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Power Pages with other marketing initiatives and CRM workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in web design and development, with knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Excellent graphic design skills and proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail.
  • Prior experience in A/B testing and SEO optimization is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
