### **Job Description:**

As a Product Marketing Engineer at FURNISYS, you will bridge the gap between engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure our products meet market demands and are effectively communicated to our target audience. You will be responsible for understanding technical product details, translating them into clear and compelling messaging, and developing go-to-market strategies. This role requires a strong blend of technical knowledge, marketing acumen, and strategic thinking.


### **Key Responsibilities:**


- **Product Positioning & Messaging:**

 - Develop and articulate the value proposition, key differentiators, and benefits of our functional furniture systems.

 - Craft clear and compelling product messaging that resonates with our target audience across various industries.


- **Market Research & Analysis:**

 - Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape.

 - Use insights to inform product development, marketing strategies, and sales tactics.


- **Go-to-Market Strategy:**

 - Collaborate with the product management team to plan and execute product launches.

 - Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, including target market identification, pricing strategy, and promotional tactics.


- **Sales Enablement:**

 - Create sales tools, presentations, and product collateral to support the sales team in effectively communicating product benefits.

 - Conduct product training sessions for the sales team to ensure they are well-equipped to sell our products.


- **Content Creation:**

 - Develop technical content, including datasheets, white papers, case studies, and technical guides.

 - Work with the marketing team to create engaging content for digital channels, including the website, social media, and email campaigns.


- **Customer Engagement:**

 - Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and new product development.

 - Collaborate with sales and customer support teams to address customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.


### **Qualifications:**


- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.

- **Experience:** 2-3 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a technical or industrial products environment.

- **Skills:**

 - Strong understanding of technical products and the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.

 - Excellent communication and writing skills.

 - Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market trends.

 - Experience with market research, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies.

 - Proficiency in using marketing automation tools and CRM software is a plus.
