We are seeking a highly passionate, creative, and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) or Nutraceutical Sector.

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand’s visual identity and creating compelling designs that resonate with our target audience. You will work closely with our marketing, product development, and creative teams to produce high-quality graphics that enhance our product offerings and brand presence. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute creative concepts and designs for our brands.

- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to create cohesive and impactful design strategies.

- Create and manage visual content for marketing campaigns, packaging, social media, and digital platforms.

- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and leverage AI platforms like Midjourney, Ideogram, etc., to produce high-quality graphics.

- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across different mediums.

- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our designs are innovative and cutting-edge.

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field or equivalent design experience in the preferred industry/field

- Business level fluency (written and orally) in English (American dialect preferred).


- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in graphic design, preferably within the CPG / Nutraceutical sector.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and experience with AI design platforms such as Midjourney and Ideogram etc.

- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including packaging, branding, and digital content.

- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for design.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday : 4pm to 1am IST
