About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Associate of Finance to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including acquirer reconciliation, settlement processing, and month-end closing.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquirer Reconciliation:

Reconcile daily and monthly acquirer statements with internal systems.

Identify and investigate discrepancies, working with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.

Develop and maintain reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

  • Management and Settlement Reconciliation:

Manage and reconcile settlement files received from acquirers.

Ensure timely and accurate settlement processing, including reconciliation with internal systems.

Identify and resolve settlement discrepancies, working with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Settlement Processing:

Process daily and monthly settlements for merchants.

Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of funds to merchants.

Monitor and manage settlement processing workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a finance-related role within the payments industry.
  • Strong understanding of payment processing, merchant acquiring, and related financial operations.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with team handling and stakeholder management.
