About Medanta

Over past 14+ years, Medanta has created an unrivalled impact in delivering world class multispeciality care to patients in India. We have hospitals in Gurgaon (Delhi NCR), Lucknow, Patna, Indore & Ranchi, and we will soon be opening our 6th hospital in Noida (Delhi NCR). In addition, we have clinics in Defence Colony (South Delhi), Cybercity & Subhash Chowk (Gurgaon) and at the Delhi Airports. Medanta is constantly growing its digital healthcare services, launched homecare and has also very recently entered into Retail vertical by setting up lab services (outside hospital) & Retail Pharmacy. We further plan to scale up our existing facilities, expand into few more geographical areas and also identify new avenues within Healthcare eco-system.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Brand hygiene and adherence to guidelines: Direct internal teams and external vendors to work as per brand guidelines and ensure adherence to the same.
  • Design: Develop and implement creative designs that align with our business goals. Ensure that the design output is coherent across all platforms and resonates with our target audience.
  • Process Optimization: Integrate best practices and methodologies to streamline workflow and improve design team efficiency and output quality.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other departments to ensure design solutions meet cross-functional needs. Facilitate effective communication within the team and across the organization.
  • Innovation and Competitive Research: Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate new ideas to promote and the explore new and better designs as per required campaign briefs.
  • Collaborative Creation: Partner with brand marketing and sales to produce effective and efficient collaterals as per business concepts.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, or related discipline
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in a creative design role
  • A rich history of leading creative projects with a portfolio that speaks of your branding, digital, and print prowess
  • Mastery in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and other latest tools
  • The drive to constantly test and experiment, and to follow this up with data/metrics to measure/confirm success
  • A detail-oriented eye with an unwavering commitment to aesthetic excellence
  • Great bias for action – you are self-driven and don’t need to wait to be asked for help before jumping at the next opportunity to tell a great brand story
