What we're looking for
As a creative designer at UT, you will play a crucial role in conceptualizing and creating visually compelling assets (Ads, blog banners, post graphics, social posts) that effectively communicate our the message or copy and resonate with the relevant target audience following the relevant brand guidelines.
***This position is required to hybrid, 3-day in office at our Gurugram, office. If you are unable to work in a hybrid setting, please do not apply. Thank you in advance.***
How to Apply
Just with your application, attach your portfolio.
A typical week might look something like this:**
- Attend 2-3 meetings for various client projects to align the creative and account team on strategy, deliverables and timelines.
- Hang out and Collaborate on Notion (IRL as well) with clients, copywriters, media buyers and email marketers for all concepts, projects, initiatives and tasks.
- Create designs/ads for various digital marketing materials, including but not limited to websites, brochures, PPC ads, display ads, eBooks, email banners, and brand identity.
- Communicate with your team members that you are on schedule during the weekly production meeting or negotiate a new deadline if necessary.
- Meet with team member(s) to get and give feedback.

To land this, you need the following:
- A strong design production background.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a design-related field, or equivalent job experience.
- 1-year prior experience as a designer in an agency setting.
- A solid portfolio of past marketing design projects.
- Experience with ad, blog and social design.
- Expertise with design software and editing tools.
