Role Overview:

As a Product Designer , you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually engaging digital experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Developers, and Marketing, to define the user experience and design solutions for our platforms. Your role will involve understanding user needs, developing user flows, wireframes, and prototypes, and delivering high-fidelity UI designs that align with the overall product vision.



Key Responsibilities:

  • User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research to gather insights into user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Translate these insights into actionable design solutions.
  • UX Design: Design and optimize user journeys, create personas, wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to ensure a smooth and intuitive user experience.
  • UI Design: Develop visually appealing, high-fidelity UI designs that adhere to brand guidelines and enhance user interaction and engagement.
  • Collaborative Design Process: Work closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure the feasibility of design solutions and to iterate on feedback.
  • Design Systems: Help maintain and evolve a design system that ensures consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Usability Testing: Conduct and analyze usability testing to continuously improve the user experience based on data and user feedback.
  • Responsive Design: Ensure all designs are responsive and optimized for multiple device types (mobile, desktop, tablet).
  • Prototyping: Create interactive prototypes that demonstrate how designs will function and interact in real-world scenarios.
  • Data-Driven Design: Use analytics and user feedback to inform design decisions and optimize existing interfaces.



Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field, or equivalent work experience. Or Relevant UI/UX certifications from
  • Experience:

  • Strong visual design skills with an eye for clean, modern design aesthetics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a user-centered mindset.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and willingness to iterate quickly on feedback.



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in designing event-based platforms or websites.
  • Familiarity with agile development processes and working in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with usability testing and A/B testing.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards
