  • Must have experience in Monitoring, Performance Tuning and Managing Cassandra cluster.
  • Strong understanding of complex inner workings of Cassandra, such as the Gossip Protocol, Hinted Hand offs, Read Repairs, Merkle Trees.
  • A deep understanding of Cassandra design principals, cluster connectivity, security and the factors that affect distributed system performance.
  • Data processing\ETL experience of structured\unstructured data into Cassandra cluster through Cassandra export\import utility or Spark jobs.
  • Experience with the following languages: Spark or bash will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge on other like jenkin,unix admin,ansible added advantage
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical and debugging skills.
