Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Gurgaon (On-site)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range : 3 LPA to 5 LPA

Experience required: 2-4 years

Overview: As an HR Executive, you will support our human resources department. You will be responsible for various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations and administrative tasks.



Responsibilities:


  • Assist in recruitment by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
  • Support employee relations activities, including conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
  • Assist in organising employee engagement activities and events.



Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven experience of at least 2-4 years as an HR Executive or in a similar role.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Boolean Search techniques to effectively identify and engage top talent.
  • Strong understanding of HR laws and policies to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding, across various roles and levels.
  • Experience in managing employee relations issues with tact and professionalism.
  • Ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels to understand hiring needs and provide strategic solutions.
