The Manager of Marketing at Awfis will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to elevate brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and fuel revenue growth. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing this role will lead a dynamic team of marketing professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and impactful marketing campaigns and initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and drive the overall marketing strategy and vision for Awfis, aligning with the company's business objectives and growth plans.

• Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives across multiple channels and touchpoints.

Brand Management:

• Oversee the management and evolution of the Awfis brand, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand values and positioning.

• Develop brand positioning strategies and messaging frameworks that resonate with target audiences and differentiate Awfis in the market.

Digital Marketing:

• Drive digital marketing efforts, including website strategy and optimization, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and online advertising.

• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive website traffic, generate leads, and increase conversions.

Content Strategy:

• Develop a comprehensive content strategy to engage target audiences and drive brand affinity and loyalty.

• Oversee the creation of high-quality, compelling content across various formats, including blog posts, articles, videos, and infographics.

Customer Acquisition and Retention:

• Develop and execute lead generation strategies and campaigns to drive qualified leads and conversions.

• Implement customer retention programs and initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Market Research and Analysis:

• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify market trends, opportunities, and challenges.

• Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives and optimize performance.

Team Leadership and Development:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

• Provide strategic guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to team members.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate closely with sales, product, and other cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies and initiatives with overall business objectives.

• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive collaboration and maximize impact.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred. • 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing roles, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives.

• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and drive results.

• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies and plans.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Passion for innovation and creativity, with a deep understanding of emerging marketing trends and technologies.
