We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate qualified leads through proactive cold calling efforts in the USA. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, persistence, and a proven track record of successfully generating leads in a B2B environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct outbound cold calls to targeted prospects in the USA to generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
  • Utilize a strategic approach to identify and engage with decision-makers and key stakeholders within prospect organizations.
  • Research and understand prospect needs, pain points, and objectives to tailor pitches and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and lead generation activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies and campaigns.
  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in lead generation and cold calling, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to effectively handle objections and rejections while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices in lead generation.
  • Must be eligible to work in the USA.
