Job Title: – SAP ( Senior Manager Manufacturing ) MM/ PP - techno Functional Consultant


We are looking for an experienced SAP MM /PP Individual with 3 End to End SAP cycle Implementations. SAP ECC & S4 HANA experience is must. The candidate will be responsible to advises, supports, and implements services related to the SAP software and support other SAP peripheral systems as per organization guidelines. Candidate should be able to optimize SAP-related systems, processes and operations by identifying inefficiencies, analyzing requirements and recommending solutions.

Requirements:

  • 10-12 Years of Experience with minimum 3 SAP implementations.
  • Must have very strong solution designing, configuration, integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems and testing.
  • Responsibilities include working with the client to design and implement new SAP systems. He will be also responsible for training users on new SAP solutions and working with other developers to ensure the smooth running of SAP systems.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify business requirements and develop SAP solutions to meet their needs.
  • Exposure and hands-on in MM/ PP configuration, customizing and deployment.
  • Aware of the latest SAP technologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Strong hold on RF and Scanners for WM Operations
  • Analyse information problems, requested changes, and required modifications to develop appropriate business process solutions in a test environment

Based on the client’s needs, they provide valuable insights and recommendations to help them make data-driven decisions and improve their business performance.

  • Strong stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Provide application maintenance service to users on company wide support SAP business applications
  • Work directly with vendor resources to achieve project goals and provide ongoing support of the system
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Functional & Technical Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to design SAP solutions that are efficient, scalable, and require minimal customization. Ensure that the design aligns with industry best practices and business goals.
  • Project Governance: Establish and enforce governance policies and procedures to ensure that the project follows best practices, maintains high quality, and delivers on time. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Configuration Management: Oversee the configuration of SAP modules to ensure they meet business requirements and comply with organizational standards. Ensure that configurations are documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and external consultants to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project goals. Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them. Ensure that risks are documented, monitored, and communicated to stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes to ensure that the project meets defined standards and requirements. Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance.
