About the RoleWe are hiring a PHP Laravel Full-Stack Developer (Contract/remote) to enhance and scale our job portal. The role includes improving all modules, building monetization features, strengthening email workflows, and ensuring system stability.Required Skills4+ years in PHP LaravelStrong MySQL + Blade + HTML/CSS (Bootstrap/Tailwind)Strong experience with LaravelAPI integration experience (SMTP, Stripe, SMS)Strong debugging + independent problem-solvingBasic Linux/SSH/cPanel experienceGit/GitHub proficiencyKey ResponsibilitiesEnhance and maintain all modules of the job portal — Homepage, Sign-In/Sign-Up, Employer Dashboard, Candidate Dashboard, and Admin Panel.Build and manage email templates + automated workflows (applications, job views, shortlists, interviews, job expiry, profile reminders, payments).Implement and optimise monetisation features:Paid job postingsFeatured job listingsEmployer subscription/credit plansImprove job posting workflows — drafts, publishing, renewals, expiry automation.Enhance candidate profile module — resume upload, skills, availability, visibility, and recommendations.Integrate and manage payment module.Create and refine admin reports — jobs, candidates, employers, payments, email logs, usage analytics.Improve employer tools — candidate filters, shortlisting, application tracking, communication triggers.Improve candidate tools — job alerts, application tracking, recommendations, notifications.Manage backend tasks — jobs, queues, job expiry, reminders, data cleanup.Implement and maintain API integrations (SMTP, SMS, Stripe, analytics).Troubleshoot production issues and optimise performance.Good to HaveExperience with job portals or marketplace workflowsKnowledge of subscription models and credit-based systemsStartup or small-team experience
