Performance Marketing Manager

Prior Work Experience:

5-7 years prior work experience in performance marketing


Key Deliverables of the Role:

• Digital sales – work with brands on the mandate to grow their ecommerce business through effective on platform performance marketing interventions

• End to end 360-degree auditing, to create an annual, quarterly and monthly plans basis what’s right for the brand

• Deliver best in class executional excellence and strategic direction to the performance marketing agency

• Work with Media team, Brand teams & E – comm teams to synergize investments, align plans and execute OTIF

• Suggest AMS strategy with search and display keeping in mind best way to achieve share of voice, brand KPIs and deliver on ROAS targets, volume and share growth

• Work towards achieving aligned metrics with regular monitoring & regular optimization

• Guide and monitor Associates/Analysts across the teams in the performance marketing agency on tactical implementation in line with the strategic goals

• Demonstrate thought leadership by developing and presenting industry/market research findings, eCommerce & DTC trends, eCommerce & DTC growth areas, new models to consider and relevant commerce case studies

• Drive experiments and new initiatives across brands

• Help identify and improve daily processes & systems across teams

• Co-lead monthly and quarterly reviews with platforms, marketplaces and brand teams


Key Competencies for the Role

• Strong analytical skills as well as experience in applying those skills in the advertising domain

• Experience in running on-platform performance campaigns using AMZ and other platforms

• Understand the commerce ecosystem on non-self-serve platforms and drive data driven strategies on increasing value from the investments made on those platforms

• Team player, and ability to work under pressure

• Business acumen

• Agile and extremely good at numbers

• Extensive experience in eCommerce (digital marketing and DTC will be an additional bonus but not a disqualifier)
