Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Receivable Coordinator at ONEDIGITAL in Gurugram. The Accounts Receivable Coordinator will be responsible for tasks related to invoicing, finance, accounting, and communication on a day-to-day basis.


The job role shall include -

  • Coordinating with clients for Payment & their followups
  • Coordinating with the Accounts Team of Clients
  • Creating Ledgers and sending them to clients
  • Follow up for Payments as per payment schedule
  • Coordinating with Vendors and assisting in their payments
  • PnL analysis


Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills for financial data processing
  • Invoicing, Finance, and Accounting proficiency
  • Strong Communication skills for client interactions
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions
  • Experience with accounting software and tools
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
