Collab Softech Private Limited, a dynamic and innovative digital marketing agency having operations office in Ahmedabad and branch offices in Australia and UK, is looking for a talented individual to join us as a Co-Founder.

We specialize in delivering cutting-edge digital marketing solutions that drive growth and success for our clients located in Australia and UK. From social media management and content creation to SEO and PPC campaigns, our team is dedicated to staying ahead of the curve and delivering exceptional results.


What We're Looking For:

We are looking for a strategic operations partner with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the digital marketing agency sector. As a Co-Founder in charge of Operations, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team, and managing operations from the front. This is a unique opportunity to join an established group without the need for any financial investment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the founding team to develop and implement business strategies
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the company's goals are met
  • Build and maintain a high-performing team
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Contribute to the development of new services and product offerings

 

What You Bring:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a digital marketing (SMM + SEO)
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A strategic mindset with a focus on growth and innovation
  • Previous experience of working with clients from Australia or UK client is an added advantage
