What You’ll Do

As a Client Servicing Director, you will:

  • Lead and oversee the client servicing function for the Bangalore branch.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Drive strategic account growth, identifying new opportunities within existing clients.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define business plans and account strategies.
  • Manage and mentor a team of servicing professionals, ensuring high performance and client satisfaction.
  • Oversee the execution of campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Work closely with creative, strategy, and digital teams to deliver effective communication solutions.
  • Represent Tempest at client presentations, reviews, and industry events.

  • Has 6–10 years of experience in client servicing/account management (preferably in advertising, branding, or digital agencies).
