Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinic Manager at our Delhi clinic. The Clinic Manager will be responsible for handling administrative tasks such as managing appointments, screening candidates, vendor management and managing the front desk. The manager will also assist the marketing team and hence this is a blended profile - operations mixed with marketing.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role at a Clinic
- Preference given to candidates who have experience at an IVF setup
- Proactive and fast-paced, comfortable with things starting out
- You have excellent English & interpersonal skills
- Highly proficient with Google Sheets and basic office software
- Proficient with medical CRM software such as Practo etc
Responsibilities
- Manage Front Desk: Welcome patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanour, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to.
- Maintain Operations: Manage staff and maintain the office with necessary materials.
- Manage recruitments: Help in recruitment, screening, drafting offer letters etc.
- Vendor Management: Source, procure and coordinate with vendors for requirements.
- Appointment Scheduling: Manage appointments, and maintain and update patient records.
- Billing and Payments: Process payments and assist with billing-related inquiries.
- Lead Calling: Answering queries and leading to conversion.
- Assist with Marketing: Provide support to staff as needed
- Phone and Email Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide accurate information or direct inquiries to the appropriate staff member.
Logistics
The clinic location is Green Park (South Delhi) - 800 meters from the metro station
Timings: Monday - Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM
Salary Scale: 3.6 LPA to 4.8 LPA in hand
