Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with extensive experience in B2B and institutional sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling to schools, universities, and top-notch architects. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by offering our range of products, including sports turf, interlocking tiles, PVC vinyl flooring, and other sports infrastructure solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets. Focus on B2B and institutional sales, particularly targeting schools, universities, and architectural firms.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including educational institutions, architects, and corporate clients. Ensure client satisfaction from the initial contact through project completion.

Market Expansion:

  • Identify and explore new business opportunities within the target market. Leverage existing relationships and networks to expand Gallant Sports & Infra’s footprint in the industry.

Product Presentation:

  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations for potential clients. Clearly communicate the benefits and features of our sports infrastructure solutions.

Negotiation & Closing:

  • Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring profitable outcomes while meeting client needs. Successfully close deals and drive revenue growth.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the technical and project teams to ensure the seamless execution of projects. Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in B2B and institutional sales, with a strong focus on selling to schools, universities, and top architectural firms.
  • Deep understanding of the sports infrastructure industry and the needs of educational institutions and architectural clients.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently. Ability to travel extensively as required.
