About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate and insightful Corporate Therapist Intern to join our team. In this role, you will work to understand and address mental health challenges faced by employees, assist in creating wellness programs, and contribute to fostering a healthy workplace environment.

Role Responsibilities
  • Conduct research on corporate mental health trends and challenges.
  • Assist in designing and implementing employee wellness programs.
  • Provide one-on-one or group counseling sessions under supervision.
  • Support in creating resources such as stress management guides and mindfulness workshops.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure the integration of mental health initiatives into organizational strategies.
  • Analyze feedback from employees and suggest improvements for mental health interventions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure ethical practices are followed.
Skills and Preferred Education
  • Strong empathy, listening, and communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of psychology, counseling techniques, and mental health issues in a corporate setting.
  • Proficiency in creating wellness resources and conducting workshops is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive situations with discretion.
  • Preferred Degrees:
  • Undergraduate students: BA (Psychology), B.Sc (Psychology), or related fields.
  • Postgraduate students: MA (Psychology), M.Sc (Counseling Psychology), or related fields.
  • College students in their 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year are particularly encouraged to apply.
