The PEB Project Manager at Arch Roof will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. This role involves coordinating resources, managing project teams, and liaising with clients to ensure that their needs and expectations are met. The PEB Project Manager will uphold Arch Roof’s commitment to quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1.     Project Planning and Execution:

o   Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

o   Coordinate with design, engineering, and production teams to ensure PEB designs meet project specifications and client requirements.

o   Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones, tracking project progress to ensure timely completion.

2.     Team Management:

o   Lead project teams, including site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and other staff, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.

o   Assign tasks, manage workloads, and provide guidance to team members to achieve project objectives.

o   Foster a culture of teamwork, discipline, consistency, and dedication among team members, aligning with Arch Roof's end goals.

3.     Client Relations:

o   Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their expectations are met.

o   Maintain strong client relationships by providing regular updates on project status, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.

o   Handle client feedback and issues promptly, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

4.     Budget and Cost Control:

o   Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring that all financial objectives are met.

o   Monitor project costs, identify variances, and implement corrective actions to keep projects within budget.

o   Review and approve project-related invoices, purchase orders, and contracts.

5.     Quality and Safety Assurance:

o   Implement quality control procedures to ensure that all construction activities meet Arch Roof’s standards and client expectations.

o   Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality and adherence to safety regulations.

o   Address any quality or safety issues promptly, ensuring compliance with all relevant safety standards and regulations.

6.     Documentation and Reporting:

o   Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and site records.

o   Prepare detailed project reports for senior management, outlining progress, risks, and opportunities.

o   Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.

7.     Risk Management:

o   Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.

o   Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring proactive issue resolution.

8.     Coordination with Vendors and Subcontractors:

o   Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.

o   Coordinate with vendors to ensure the quality and availability of materials align with project requirements.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or PMP certification is advantageous.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of project management experience in the construction industry, with specific expertise in managing PEB projects.
  • Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of PEB systems, CNC Building Roofing Machines, construction methodologies, and industry standards. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and familiarity with AutoCAD or similar design software.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership capabilities, with experience managing and motivating diverse project teams. Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to anticipate issues, develop contingency plans, and implement solutions effectively.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel to project sites as required, with a focus on projects across Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, and Delhi.
Working Conditions:
  • This role requires working in both office settings and on construction sites, with exposure to typical construction site conditions.
  • Flexibility to work beyond regular business hours, including weekends, may be necessary to meet project deadlines.
