Role Overview

As a Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in promoting Jaivik's brand and services in the EPC industry. This entry-level position requires a proactive, organized, and analytical individual with a strong foundation in marketing techniques, metrics, and vendor coordination.


Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Marketing: Manage digital campaigns across various platforms, ensuring alignment with our sustainability-focused brand message. Track KPIs, optimize for engagement, and support website and SEO efforts.
  • Event and Exhibition Marketing: Coordinate Jaivik’s presence at industry events and exhibitions. This includes planning and setting up, liaising with event organizers, managing booth design, and ensuring timely execution.
  • Vendor Management: Work closely with vendors (print, exhibition setup, marketing agencies) to ensure high-quality and timely delivery. Negotiate costs and oversee project timelines.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track and report on marketing metrics (ROI, engagement rates, conversion rates). Provide actionable insights to improve marketing efficiency.
  • Content Creation: Support content creation efforts, ensuring materials resonate with our B2B audience and align with Jaivik’s values and offerings.


Qualifications

  • MBA in Marketing with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
  • B Tech graduates are preferred
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Strong understanding of marketing metrics and analytics for campaign optimization
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams and external vendors
  • Willingness to travel for events and exhibitions


Preferred Skills

  • Certification in digital marketing or related areas
  • Experience in B2B marketing, especially in EPC or industrial sectors
  • Familiarity with the food, pharma, or chemicals industries is a plus
