Our mission is to make every guest feel at home by creating a sense of belonging, comfort, and trust with the highest level of care and attention.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Executive located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The Front Office Executive will be responsible for managing front desk operations, ensuring a pleasant check-in and check-out experience, and maintaining an efficient and welcoming environment for all guests. As the main point of contact for guests, you’ll help create a positive first impression and uphold our commitment to exceptional service.Key Responsibilities:Managing reception duties such as guest greetings, room allocations, and registrationsHandling bookings, phone calls, inquiries, and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teamsAddressing guest complaints or requests promptly and professionallyMaintaining accurate records of guests and bookings in the property management systemUpselling hotel services and amenities when appropriateAssisting management in day-to-day operations to ensure seamless guest service and satisfactionSupervising cleanliness and presentation of the lobby and front office areaSupporting administrative and reporting tasks as requiredHandling cash, billing, and payment processingConducting daily handover reports and collaborating with other shiftsWork Schedule: 12-hour shifts (rotational, including weekends and holidays) Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per monthQualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience in front office or guest relations, preferably in hotels, serviced apartments, or hospitality establishmentsDiploma or Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skills (English and Hindi mandatory)Proficiency in reception operations, POS systems, and booking platforms (Opera, IDS, etc. preferred)Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilitiesConfidence in handling guest relations and problem-solving with a calm, professional attitudeAbility to coordinate housekeeping, room readiness, and maintenance effectivelyPresentable appearance and strong sense of hospitality etiquetteFlexibility to work long shifts and on weekends or holidays when neededKnowledge of safety, hygiene, and security protocols (preferred)Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and positive attitudeIdeally, candidates should be from Indore or nearby areas for better on-site availability and operational convenienceIndustry: HotelsEmployment Type: Full-time, permanent
