Role Overview:


We are looking for an individual with passion for contributing to social change 

and empathy for the financially disadvantaged sections of society to join us as a 

Leader with responsibility for the Financial operations of multiple RANG DE 

entities.Candidate must be comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic, start-up 

environment. An energetic, proactive and self-motivated financial professional 

would be ideal for the role.This role will report to the CFO of the organisation.


Responsibilities:


  • Ensuring efficient day to day financial operations including timely month and 

year end close and high-fidelity reporting

  •  Financial Planning and Analysis – forecasting, budgeting and tracking financial 

performance 

  •  Providing insights, inputs and recommendations to the CFO and members of 

the executive management team for tactical and strategic business planning 

including conduct of financial due diligence exercises

  •  Securing company secretarial compliances and record keeping 
  • Designing, documenting, implementing and reviewing financial policies, 

procedures and OKRs for optimizing efficiency and costs  

  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders 

including peers, senior management, vendors and partners



Requirements:


  • Commerce / Economics / Business Administration graduate 
  •  Qualified Chartered Accountant / MBA  
  • 5-8 years of experience of financial/project management/financial and 

team management with well reputed, professionally managed organization(s)

  • Sound financial management skills are essential. 
  • Self-starter, proactive and self-motivated with strong prioritization, 

execution and organization skills 

  •  Good communication and people skills
