We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Servicing Executive to join our team at plan-a (A Division Of Click To Scale Pvt Ltd)


The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in client servicing within the digital marketing industry, demonstrating a successful track record of managing national-level clients. The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understand their needs, and strategise effective digital marketing solutions to achieve their objectives. Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and processes, along with a working knowledge of design and content, is essential for this role.


Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and foster strong, long-term relationships.

- Proactively communicate with clients to understand their marketing goals, objectives, and challenges.

- Provide timely and effective responses to client inquiries, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

- Identify opportunities for upselling agency services, partnerships & technologies


2. Digital Marketing Strategy

- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, creative, content) to create innovative and result-oriented campaigns.

- Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies for clients, aligning with their business objectives.

- Present strategies and campaign proposals to clients, addressing their feedback and incorporating changes as needed.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to recommend cutting-edge solutions to clients.


3. Campaign Execution and Optimization

- Collaborate with the performance marketing lead and team to ensure client KPIs are met every month


4. Design and Content Coordination

- Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure the creation of engaging and visually appealing marketing materials.



Requirements

1. Education and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Proven experience of 2-3 years in client servicing within the digital marketing industry, preferably handling national-level clients.


2. Digital Marketing Expertise

- In-depth understanding of digital marketing platforms, tools, and processes.

- Ability to formulate effective digital marketing strategies and campaigns based on client objectives.


3. Design and Content Knowledge

- Familiarity with design principles and an eye for creative visuals.

- Understanding of content marketing strategies and best practices.


4. Communication and Interpersonal Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.

- Effective interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.


5. Analytical and Result-Oriented

- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance metrics.

- Proven track record of delivering successful digital marketing campaigns.


6. Adaptability and Time Management

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines effectively.
