Role description:
The Vice President of Enterprise Sales will be responsible for driving the sales strategy and execution for MapOut’s HR talent solutions targeted at employers. This role demands a seasoned sales leader with a deep understanding of the HR technology landscape, a proven track record of selling to enterprise clients, and the ability to build and lead a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets for MapOut’s HR talent solutions.
- Identify and prioritize target markets, industries, and enterprise clients.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive lead generation and strategic account planning.
Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise organizations.
- Conduct high-level presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close enterprise deals, ensuring alignment with client needs and MapOut’s value propositions.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing enterprise sales team.
- Set clear performance objectives, provide regular feedback, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Market Intelligence and Product Feedback:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to provide market feedback and influence product roadmap decisions.
- Represent MapOut at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
Performance Measurement and Reporting:
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to executive leadership.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and improve overall sales effectiveness.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a focus on HR technology or SaaS solutions.
- Proven track record of successfully selling to large enterprise clients and exceeding sales targets.
