Job Title: HR & Compliance Coordinator – Domestic Operations

Location: Lucknow (Onsite)

Experience: 2-5 Years

Timing: 12 PM - 9:00 PM IST (Monday - Friday)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Background Verification Coordination: Work closely with Candidate to collect background check information and background verification vendors and internal teams to ensure all screenings are completed accurately and within timelines.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding Support: Assist in the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding of India-based employees and contractors. Ensure completion of documentation, background checks, system access, and exit formalities in a timely and compliant manner.
  • Compliance Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Ensure all compliance-related documents are completed and stored per organizational and legal standards.
  • MSP & Client Portal Management: Navigate and maintain documentation via various MSP portals (e.g., Partner Hub, Fieldglass, Beeline), ensuring timely submission and status tracking of onboarding and compliance workflows.
  • SOP & Process Documentation: Support the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for key HR, onboarding, and compliance workflows. Apply understanding of India employment regulations and client-specific guidelines to ensure process adherence across onboarding and documentation.
  • Asset Return Tracking: Maintain trackers and coordinate return confirmations for client-issued equipment and assets as part of the offboarding process.
  • Client & Vendor Coordination: Act as a point of contact for day-to-day communication with clients, vendors, and candidates regarding compliance, onboarding status, and documentation queries.
  • Audit Readiness Support: Prepare and organize compliance records and documentation to support internal and client audits.


Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in India Staffing Operations, Background Check, HR Coordination, Compliance Support
  • Hands-on experience with MSP portals (e.g., Partnerhub, Beeline, Fieldglass, Coupa) is required
  • Working knowledge of India employment regulations (PF, ESIC, FORM Q etc)
  • Experience preparing and maintaining SOPs or process documentation
  • Familiarity with background check portals and onboarding processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Word, and document tracking tools
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, process-driven, and a quick learner
