Job Summary :

The Senior Manager Program Management at Ohmium will be responsible for driving our product roadmap journeys through coordination of technical and functional deliverables across all stages of development. Will collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure seamless transitions from marketing and engineering development to new product introduction and manufacturing. Will ensure timely delivery of projects by tracking program progress and providing regular status updates through comprehensive reporting systems.


Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans that include milestones, deliverables, activities, and timelines in collaboration with technical and functional teams.
  • Program Scheduling: Plan, create, maintain, and control program schedules across multiple interdependent projects to ensure high-level coordination and timely delivery.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical and functional teams to coordinate efforts, ensuring seamless product transitions from marketing and engineering development through to new product introduction and manufacturing.
  • Risk Management: Identify program risks and maintain a risk register; develop and implement actionable mitigation strategies to ensure program success.
  • Problem Solving: Support cross-functional teams in identifying, prioritizing, and overcoming program roadblocks effectively and promptly.
  • Progress Tracking and Reporting: Monitor program progress and provide regular updates on status, risks, and mitigation strategies through weekly and monthly reporting systems.


Education and Experience Required :

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering from a premier institute (required)
  • Master of Business Administration from a premier institute (preferred)
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS PPT (required)
  • Good knowledge of project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana) (preferred)
  • Minimum (4) to four (6) years of experience in program management with a total of five years of professional experience
  • Previous experience in the renewable energy sector a plus.
  • Experience working directly with R&D/Engineering, Operations, Marketing and Sales teams (required)
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to use data and metrics for making assumptions and decisions (required)
