Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Operations Executive at BetterPlace in Gurugram. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operational tasks, managing operations, analyzing data, and ensuring effective communication within the organization. The Operations Executive will play a key role in optimizing workforce management and enhancing operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:


Operational Excellence:

  • Develop and implement efficient operational strategies and processes to optimize performance.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine operational workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Client Experience:

  • Prioritize client satisfaction and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Resolve client issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Implement strategies to improve client experience and retention.

Problem-Solving:

  • Identify and address operational challenges proactively.
  • Analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
  • Make data-driven decisions to improve operational performance.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including clients, partners, and internal teams.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the gig economy or a similar industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems.
  • A passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
