The Opportunity –Copy Supervisor This could be you – Korra is seeking creative leaders with the ability to inspire their team to deliver incredible campaigns, ideas and approaches that set the bar for the industry. As a Copy Supervisor, you are a consummate storyteller with the ability to string together a smorgasbord of thoughts and ideas into a singular, compelling narrative that works for the brief. You are smart, driven and persuasive, and know how to give constructive feedback that lifts creative work to its true potential. A plus: You know the ins and outs of writing creatively to drive performance through short-form videos and content. Your role in building Korra will be - • Understanding briefs, and delivering fresh campaigns, scripts, ideas and approaches that answer them effectively. • Writing high quality performance creative scripts that think outside the box. • Nurturing and inspiring a team of writers to deliver cutting-edge work that meets the highest standards of creativity and attention to detail. • Taking ownership of multiple projects and brands, while switching between them seamlessly and enabling your team to maintain consistency and excellence. • Being the final voice of certainty on all work that your team is responsible for • Presenting compelling campaigns and ideas to clients, and inspiring them to move towards fresh, exciting work. You have • You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. • You have a hunger to conceptualize and execute incredible work that gets noticed • You know what makes a campaign or idea work, and have a proven track record of executing incredible campaigns for a variety of brands across categories • You know what works on Meta and Youtube, and how to write for these platforms. • You are independent, self-motivated and self-driven, taking ownership of everything that you touch. • You are a keen observer of people and society, and can develop insights about them that make your work more relevant and impactful. • You are a leader with the ability to inspire your team in constructive ways, no matter the challenge.
